I like your selected template and think you have a good start to considering those three concepts from the chapter. It is interesting to think about the idea of change. We can't really grow (and continue to live) if we don't change as staying the same, we become stagnant and eventually wither! :) The question for education, then, is are you one who will change early on or wait for someone to tell you to change! :)
